I can't say enough outstanding things about Chad. He's everything we asked for, and more, from our agent. He is transparent, honest, trustworthy, and delivers on his promises. The day we met I told him exactly what I wanted from the sale of my old place and the purchase of my new one (he handled both), we shook on it, and he delivered. Chad is hands down the best Realtor I’ve ever had. He worked tirelessly to get us into a home since we were moving last minute into MD due to my job. Even when we lost bids, he was immediately out there again touring homes so that my family had a place to stay. Chad Morton will help you find and keep the best home for you!! My spouse and I are military and from out of state, and Chad Morton (assigned by Veterans United) worked with us nearly night and day for several months to make sure we were moving into the best home for us in the best neighborhoods. He went through around three rounds of doing video tours for us across town showing up to 2-3 properties a day, and at all times, he was highly responsive, professional, knowledgeable and supportive, immediately identifying problems or potential problems we had missed. We had multiple issues crop up when we were looking for a home, from negotiating through an extremely competitive market (before the last interest hike), to backing out of a house we'd closed an offer on in critical need of deep structural repairs, to problems from the military side and from delayed sale of our current home, and each time Chad Morton had the answer! Even after we finished buying our home, when due to the previous owner's forgetfulness we were at risk of losing gas&electric, Chad Morton had texted, emailed, and called all relevant parties to help keep our lights on within almost an hour of notifying him.
